Updated 24 August 2026 · build 517Update 24 ఆగస్టు 2026 · build 517This policy explains what personal information Pest Dial Private Limited collects when you book a pest control service, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
- Your name and mobile number — to confirm the booking and call you.
- Your service address, and, only if you tap "Use my current location", the location your phone reports, so the address field can be filled in and our technician can find you.
- Booking details — the pest problem, size of the premises, preferred date and slot, and any note you type.
- Payment reference — the UTR or payment ID of the ₹99 booking fee, so we can match it to your booking.
- Service records — invoices, treatment details and warranty dates, kept for our accounts and your warranty.
2. What we never collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords or any other payment credentials. Payments happen inside your own UPI app or inside our payment provider's secure checkout. We only ever see the reference number of a completed payment.
3. Why we use it
- To confirm, schedule and carry out the service you asked for.
- To reach you about that booking — by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To raise an invoice and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
- To honour warranties and handle complaints or re-service requests.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Phone verification (OTP)
Your mobile number is verified using Firebase Authentication, a Google service. Google may process your number to send the SMS and to prevent abuse, under Google's own privacy terms.
5. Where it is stored
Booking and service records are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under our project, protected by security rules and reachable only by our authorised staff accounts. Booking submissions from the public page are write-only: a visitor cannot read anyone else's booking.
6. Who we share it with
- Our technicians and office staff, so far as needed to perform your service.
- Our payment provider (for example Razorpay) when you pay online, to process and reconcile the payment.
- Government authorities — only where the law requires it, such as GST records.
We do not send your data to advertisers or data brokers.
7. How long we keep it
Booking and customer records are kept while you are our customer and for as long as needed for warranty and for the record-keeping periods required by Indian tax law. After that they are deleted or archived.
8. Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask for a correction, on 9000180607 or pestdial.in@gmail.com.
- Ask us to delete your details. We will delete them, except records we are legally required to keep, such as issued invoices.
- You can refuse the location permission in your phone and simply type your address instead. Nothing else on the booking page depends on it.
- Ask us to stop sending you service reminders at any time.
9. Cookies and local storage
The website stores a small amount of data in your browser — such as your language choice and the state of a booking in progress — so the page works. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Location, in plain words
The website reads your location only at the moment you tap the location button. It does not follow you in the background. (Live location tracking exists in the separate staff app, for our own employees during working hours, with their knowledge.)
11. Children
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
12. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, staff access needs a login, and database rules restrict what any device can read or write. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and act promptly.
13. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.

1. మేము తీసుకునే వివరాలు

2. మేము ఎప్పుడూ తీసుకోనివి
Card numbers, UPI PIN, net-banking passwords — ఇలాంటివి మేము అస్సలు అడగం, దాచం. Payment మీ UPI app లోనో, మా payment provider secure checkout లోనో జరుగుతుంది. పూర్తయిన payment reference number ఒక్కటే మాకు కనిపిస్తుంది.
3. వాటిని ఎందుకు వాడతాం
- మీరు అడిగిన service ని confirm చేసి, schedule చేసి, చేయడానికి.
- ఆ booking గురించి మీతో మాట్లాడటానికి — call, SMS లేదా WhatsApp.
- Invoice ఇవ్వడానికి, చట్టం అడిగే పన్ను/లెక్కల records ఉంచడానికి.
- Warranty గౌరవించడానికి, ఫిర్యాదులు/re-service చూడటానికి.
మీ అనుమతి లేకుండా సంబంధం లేని marketing కి వాడం; మీ వివరాలను ఎవరికీ అమ్మం, అద్దెకివ్వం.
4. Phone verification (OTP)
మీ number Firebase Authentication (Google service) ద్వారా verify అవుతుంది. SMS పంపడానికీ, దుర్వినియోగం అడ్డుకోవడానికీ Google వాళ్ళ privacy terms ప్రకారం మీ number ని process చేయవచ్చు.
5. ఎక్కడ దాచుతాం

7. ఎంతకాలం ఉంచుతాం
మీరు మా customer గా ఉన్నంతకాలం, warranty కీ, భారత పన్ను చట్టాలు అడిగే కాలానికీ ఉంచుతాం. ఆ తర్వాత delete లేదా archive చేస్తాం.
8. మీ హక్కులు
- మీ గురించి మా దగ్గర ఏముందో అడగవచ్చు, తప్పుంటే సరిచేయమనవచ్చు — 9000180607 లేదా pestdial.in@gmail.com.
- Delete చేయమని అడగవచ్చు. చట్టప్రకారం ఉంచాల్సినవి (ఉదా: ఇచ్చిన invoices) తప్ప మిగతావి తీసేస్తాం.
- Location permission ఇవ్వకుండా address ని చేత్తో type చేయవచ్చు — booking page లో మిగతాదంతా అలాగే పనిచేస్తుంది.
- Service reminders వద్దనుకుంటే ఎప్పుడైనా చెప్పండి, ఆపేస్తాం.
9. Cookies, local storage
Page పనిచేయడానికి కొద్దిపాటి సమాచారం మీ browser లోనే ఉంటుంది — ఉదా: మీ భాష ఎంపిక, సగంలో ఉన్న booking. Advertising / tracking cookies మేము వాడం.
10. Location — స్పష్టంగా
మీరు location button నొక్కిన ఆ క్షణంలోనే website మీ location చదువుతుంది; వెనకాల మిమ్మల్ని follow చేయదు. (Live tracking అనేది వేరే staff app లో, మా ఉద్యోగుల పని వేళల్లో, వారికి తెలిసి ఉంటుంది.)
11. పిల్లలు
Booking చేసేది పెద్దవాళ్ళే. 18 ఏళ్ళలోపు వారి వివరాలు మేము తెలిసి సేకరించం.
12. భద్రత
Site HTTPS లో నడుస్తుంది, staff కి login తప్పనిసరి, database rules ఏ device ఏం చదవగలదో/రాయగలదో పరిమితం చేస్తాయి. ఏ వ్యవస్థా పరిపూర్ణం కాదు — ఒకవేళ మీ data కి భంగం కలిగితే మీకు చెప్పి, వెంటనే చర్య తీసుకుంటాం.
13. మార్పులు
ఈ విధానం మారితే కొత్త version ఇదే page లో, పైన కొత్త తేదీతో కనిపిస్తుంది.
